If you are going to a DBM you don't need to be concerned about your current magazine configuration. Your new stock will either come with bottom metal built in AI, XLR or you'll fit one to it McM, Manners.

It used to be that AI was best value for a tac stock and DBM package but the number of people making good DBMs and the weak dollar has opened up the running. I don't like thumbholes a bit but I think Manners does them better than McM and that is the only pattern where that applies.

If you've never handled an AI or XLR I'd suggest doing so before you commit.

Both are plenty solid but their ergos are on par with a 2x4. Or maybe a 4x4.
